  • Emergency support is available 24/7/365. The following are considered emergencies:
    • Complete loss of service due to hardware or software failure
    • Situations that pose a significantly elevated potential for system failure and/ or data loss (degraded RAID, etc.)
    • Other situations as defined in your service agreement
